Here at Great Canes we have one of the most unique collections of antique walking sticks and antique canes in the U.K.

Our antique walking sticks, and antique canes represent a true cross section of both decorative and system sticks (sticks with a hidden purpose)  from the 17^th, 18^th and 19^th centuries.

At Great Canes you will find our antique canes are steeped in history with some being bought by their previous owners as symbols of authority, a badge of office or in the case of many of our system sticks, as a weapon. These beautiful antique sticks and canes which should be viewed as works of art have served many purposes throughout history and and are now highly  desirable and collectable as the number of  antique cane and stick collectors grow.

Antique walking sticks are available over a wide value range,  some high value antique sticks are jewelled and fashioned from precious metals, others however command high values as fascinating  historical relics all of course with a story associated to them.

Great Canes exhibit at many antique fairs throughout the World and can arrange  private viewings at our Mayfair address as required.
