A very impressive silver and ivory cagework stick. Almost certainly by “Tiffany” New York.  The Ivory top is of an unusual shape,  a flattened pistol grip form and the ivory centre is covered in a sheet of silver which is then acid etched, carved and engraved with beautiful floral forms and panels of ivory are revealed.  The top sits on a figured snakewood shaft with a two part metal ferrule.
