A period Malacca from the 18th Century. The top is lightly hand engraved with a floral pattern the cane has a large eyelet which would have been used for a wrist band so that when the cane got stuck in unmade up roads or paths the owner did not lose it. The cane is a full bark Malacca typical of the period.
