A very good and unusual centrifugal flicker cane by “Brigg” of London.  The silver mounted stag horn handle is on a Malacca shaft. One holds the cane by the handle and with an exaggerated swinging motion a blade protrudes from the ferrule and locks out. Signed “Brigg London”.
