A well carved wooden bulldog in the French manner, with a masterful expression and spring loaded jaw.  The dogs jaw was opened to allow a pair of light gloves to be held when the hands were needed to be ungloved.  The top is gold mounted band signed Brigg London and engraved “G W P Boodles Club” The cane itself is a substantial full bark malacca with horn ferrule
