An interesting walking stick from New Zealand. The silver top is engraved with the initials of the owner,  a Mr. Blake who was responsible for several large scale engineering projects including dams and viaducts. The shaft is a very rare timber “Partridge Wood” as the grain pattern looks like the feathers of a partridge! The silver top is engraved “Onehunga” a suburb on Auckland City.
