A fine and rare silver topped padouk wood silk measure with silver piqué scale. Not only is the measure piqued in silver but also bears a wonderful end of the opium wars inscription, “Ning Po, Surrendered to the British Forces…” The stick is further decorated with arabesque pique patterns.
