An interesting system stick. The Malacca shaft has a woven silver collar around it, one twists the collar and the top glows red! – There are two suggested uses of this cane,  one is that it was a first world war torch to dimly light you path you home from the pub during a white light black-out, or more wonderfully a simple device for getting a cab in the smoggy streets of London!
