A well-executed carving of a hunter and his kill, in a forest setting, taking rest under a small tree with raised hand sounding the horn of success with the slain deer at his feet. The detail to this carving is staggering, please use a glass to see the detail of the hunters facial features which are exquisite. The carving being over five inches tall is a good size and mounted with a silver band on a stepped bamboo cane with two part metal ferrule.
